RAIN, THUNDER & LIGHTNING DELAYS MADE FOR AN EXCITING FINISH on SUNDAY, JULY 20 in LAKE TAHOE.

MARK RYPIEN, former Washington Redskins' QB won the 3-day event with +76 Stableford points.
Olympic and World Cup skiing great - BODE MILLER - finished 39th with a +25. Link here for more.

The event is scored using the "Modified Stableford Scoring" method whereby plus points are awarded for good play,
points are deducted for bad play and the highest score wins as explained here:
Double Eagle 10 points • Hole in one 8 points • Eagle 6 points • Birdie 3 points • Par 1 point • Bogie 0 points • Double Bogie -2 points.


And the winner with +76 points is... Mark Rypien.

Mount Rushmore Old Faithful begins Jackson in Summer West shore with Diamond Peak
(07-06-14) Presidents Washington, Jefferson, Theo. Roosevelt and Lincoln, carved by Gutzon and Lincoln Borglum into the South Dakota's Black Hills. It took from 1927 to 1941 to complete. (07-08-14) Old Faithful, in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, begins its hourly eruption venting steam and releasing boiling water from deep underground. (07-09-14) Wildflowers are abundant at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The grass covered trails are available for mountain biking and hiking. (07-13-14) The trails of Diamond Peak at Incline Village are in view along the Nevada side, west shore of Lake Tahoe. Tahoe's water is blue due to the large lake reflecting the sky.
