For 2016-17 Jackson Hole opened the Sweetwater Gondola, their 2nd, adding to their expansion of beginner and intermediate terrain.
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort opened Solitude Station in 2018-19 with 12,000 square feet of Mountain Sports School for children 7 years and older and adult lesson availability for all ability levels PLUS rental and dining facilities.

In 2020-21 Jackson Hole once again led all North American ski resorts with 502" of snow.
The 2021-22 Season ended April 10, with 334 inches of snow - 2nd best in the U.S. - link for update.
For 2022-23 Jackson Hole upgraded the Thunder Quad to high-speed for quicker access to bowls, moguls and groomers.
After 595 inches of snow in 2022-23, Jackson is always ready for more snow-filled fun. Link here for info and events.
In 2023-24 Jackson Hole reported 447 inches of snow for another great year. They enjoyed 2024 summer fun with many activities, as usual.
2024-25 began Dec 1, with 68" of good new snow and a new high-speed quad for the Sublette area.

Full Steam Ahead Tram and ThunderLift SwiftCurrent6 Alta-Snowbird Gate

STEAMBOAT, CO (04-01-22) -
Full steam ahead for a major base area redevelopment at Steamboat with the installation of an escalator to get guests easily from the Transit center to the base area amenities and lifts. This is the start of a great project with more to come.

JACKSON HOLE, WY (03-29-22) -
The famous Jackson Hole Tram rises above the Thunder Quad near the top of its ride of 4,139 feet taking skiers and riders to challenging
terrain. The trail shown (foreground) is a ridgeline to expert and intermediate terrain.

BIG SKY, MT(03-26-22) -
The new, blue bubble Swift Current 6 at Big Sky adds to their lift capacity to quickly get guests to varying terrain. The new 6-pack accesses many options off of the lift. The trails off of the Ramcharger 8 are shown in the background.

ALTA SKI AREA, UT (03-02-22) -
At the top of Utah's Little Cottonwood Canyon are two great ski areas, Snowbird and Alta.They are connected for skiers via a gate located in the Mineral Basin area of Snowbird. Both areas can be accessed via the Salt Lake Ski Super Pass.
